    Our organization is researching how to create an Intranet site, mainly for document management. But we would like to have a place where we have employee communications and post videos too.

    We have a bid for the development of a site, but I don’t know how to judge it against other vendors. Don’t know who else does this kind of work.

    We also want to lessen the content for documents on our website by using the intranet site.

    Any ideas?
