Two weeks ago we launched a social media charity campaign for the holiday season. We really enjoy connecting with clients over various social media platforms so we asked clients to contact us on Twitter and LinkedIn and in doing so, we would donate $100 to a charity of their choosing.

Thank you to all the clients who have participated in our Give Back campaign. So far, we’ve donated a total of $1,600 on behalf of clients to the following charities:

Simon Heintzelmann American Cancer Society
Yasser Akhtar Helping Hand – For Relief & Development
Anthony Rodgers The Ellis Family in Squamish, BC
MaryBeth Murphy New York Cares
Mary Ann Lambert Plymouth Housing Group
Sheila Babbie Aspen Community Foundation
Marc Boutilier Animal Rescue Coalition of Nova Scotia
Iosif Feygin UJA-Federation of New York
Kurt Krejny Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Light the Night Walk
Bruce Hoekstra Humane Society of the Lakes
Shea Anderson Rebuilding Together
Char Lou Benedict United Cerebral Palsy
Kerri Hausman KIDS Center
David Haueter The Center for Family Health Capital Campaign Fund
Debbie Rosemelia Hospice of Palm Beach County
Janice Bourret Mercy Health Foundation

If you’re an Intranet Connections client and haven’t participated yet, you can still do so by December 24th in one of two ways:

  1. On Twitter – tweet the following text, fill in the name of your company along with the charity of your choice and we will donate $100 on your behalf:“Hey @rachellai83 I want #IntranetConnections to donate $100 on behalf of
[Your Company Name] to [Charity Name]!”
  2. On LinkedIn – add Carolyn Douglas to your network on LinkedIn (http://ca.linkedin.com/in/carolyndouglas), write a recommendation for Intranet Connections on her account and we will contact you to find out which charity you’d like us to donate $100 to.

Wishing everyone all the best for the Holiday Season and for the coming New Year!
