Alerts & Subscriptions

Employees looking for quick access to new and updated content can tailor their hub to set up subscription feeds to specific areas on the intranet. You can also have site admins push subscriptions for all (or selected) employees and groups.

subscribed (new) content
subscribed (updated) content
comments to your postings
replies to your discussion topics
content pending your approval
e-form responses pending your approval
support desk status (on your submitted tickets)

Alerts can be filtered to only show specific alert types. Mark alerts as read, and choose to only show un-read items. Search for history of your alerts. Clean up your alerts by deleting the items you don't need anymore.
