B U Y    &    S E L L Employees can post items for sale or wanted items on the intranet Marketplace. Many organizations have "for sale" items being circulated to employees via broadcast emails. Marketplace eliminates the need for personal broadcast emails and provides a central repository for these items. Expiry dates manage the content in the Marketplace and items will automatically be removed on expiry dates. Mark items as sold, and upload pictures of your goods. Intranet Site Administrators can determine if they wish to allow users to advertise Marketplace items to the intranet home page. Built in Content Approval Management Content Approval allows administrators to assign individual users to manage the validity of content published to the Buy and Sell. Approval Managers can approve or decline content and send comments to the publisher. You may assign unlimited Managers to assist with the workflow of your business systems for each of your intranet applications. Designate the order of notification and approval for each Manager and view historical approval data. Approval Managers have a handy "My Approvals" tab on the intranet home page, allowing them to quickly review items pending their approval. This feature is optional and may be enabled or disabled at the category level within the various areas of the site based on your requirements.
