Share corporate contacts such as customers, caterers, stationary supply contacts, software and hardware vendors. Organize your contacts by category and set add, edit, delete and view permissions on any listing of contacts. Record the first contact date, the date of your last correspondence, and the next scheduled contact. Store phone numbers, web site address, email addresses, cell & pager numbers, and upload a graphic or logo for the contact. Add notes regarding the contact and add a link attachment to MapQuest to show driving directions. Send an individual, or a group of contacts, a customized email message directly from the application.


Application Cloning Utility

With one just one click, you have the ability to clone and create unlimited new stand alone applications based on the default apps that come with the software. Our powerful customization options provide the ability to tailor and brand each new application to your business needs.

The Contacts application can be cloned as many times as you like, and then fully customized to suit your unique needs. Choose from 22 default fields that are customizable and can be renamed to store any type of information that you need to record. Turn off fields not in use, and select which field data you wish to display on the table quick view. Provide a name for your new application, determine how you wish to order the content, create unlimited categories for organization of content, upload custom graphics and add custom information to your new application, then select it's placement in the menu listing.

Built in Content Approval Management

Content Approval allows administrators to assign individual users to manage the flow of content published to the Contacts application. Approval Managers can approve or decline content and send comments to the publisher. You may assign unlimited Managers to assist with the workflow of your business systems for each of your intranet applications. Designate the order of notification and approval for each Manager and view historical approval data. Approval Managers have a handy "My Approvals" tab on the intranet home page, allowing them to quickly review items pending their approval. This feature is optional and may be enabled or disabled at the category level within the various areas of the site based on your requirements.
