Employee HubOur Employee Hub is an area for employees to connect with their intranet. Employees can personalize, create widgets and manage subscription feeds and alerts to areas on the site that are pertinent to their jobs and daily activities.Get the best of both worlds when it comes to personalization. Employees can set up their own subscriptions and alerts, or you can have admins push subscriptions to users and/or groups. The Employee Hub also introduces viewing of comments to any posts the employee has authored + replies to their discussion topics. Users can update their in/out board and chat status from their hubs. They have quick access to their bookmarks. A new automated notification system will announce upcoming courses they have registered for, status updates on their support desk tickets, what's happening with content that is mid approval process, and reminders on checked out documents and library items.
