Set recurring appointments, optional conflict checking, send custom email alerts to event/meeting participants and add calendar items to your Personal Outlook Calendar. Application Cloning Utility

The Events Calendar is a robust calendaring and scheduling tool that can be cloned and fully customized for an unlimited number of calendars. Category and sub-category levels help to organize your content. You can have an Events Calendar for each of your departments, create a Meeting Schedule application, Resource Booking calendars, or store Vacation Schedules. Restricting access to calendars is a snap with the security features built into Intranet Connections.

Built in Content Approval Management

Content Approval allows administrators to assign individual users to manage the content published to the Events Calendar. Approval Managers can approve or decline content and send comments to the publisher. You may assign unlimited Managers to assist with the workflow of your business systems for each of your intranet applications. Designate the order of notification and approval for each Manager and view historical approval data. Approval Managers have a handy "My Approvals" tab on the intranet home page, allowing them to quickly review items pending their approval. This feature is optional and may be enabled or disabled at the category level within the various areas of the site based on your requirements.
