The Discussion Forum provides an application for dynamic discussions and debates. You can clone Forums to create departmental discussions, track project correspondence, discuss upcoming events, etc.
Built in Content Approval Management
Content Approval allows administrators to assign individual users to moderate and review topics set for publication to the Discussion Forum application. Approval Managers can approve or decline topics and send comments to the publisher asking for changes. You may assign unlimited Managers to assist with the workflow of your business systems for each of your intranet applications. Designate the order of notification and approval for each Manager and view historical approval data. Approval Managers have a handy "My Approvals" tab on the intranet home page, allowing them to quickly review items pending their approval. This feature is optional and may be enabled or disabled at the category level within the various areas of the site based on your requirements.
