P H O T O    G A L L E R Y Manage and search corporate and departmental graphics with this easy to use image library. Create a graphics gallery to store corporate artwork, logos and photos. A handy thumbnail page is provided with the option to provide a description for your group of photos. View images full screen, and store data such as title, caption, author, instructions, and copyright information. Advertise your images to the intranet home page under the What's New listing, and opt to display your image as an icon beside the home page advertisement. Multiple File Upload Administrators have the ability to perform multiple file uploads for Documents, Policies, and the Graphics Gallery application. This is handy when the site is first installed and you are wishing to publish a large quantity of documents or graphics. Uploaded documents can be indexed with the click of one button for full text searching. Application Cloning Utility You can clone the Graphics application to represent departmental photos, projects, or special occasions. Create unlimited categories to group your images for event pictures, online maps, corporate logos, internet icons, etc. Clone the Graphics application to create an inventory or merchandise listing. Built in Content Approval Management Content Approval allows administrators to assign individual users to manage the flow of graphics and images published to this application. Approval Managers can approve or decline content and send comments to the publisher. You may assign unlimited Managers to assist with the workflow of your business systems for each of your intranet applications. Designate the order of notification and approval for each Manager and view historical approval data. Approval Managers have a handy "My Approvals" tab on the intranet home page, allowing them to quickly review items pending their approval. This feature is optional and may be enabled or disabled at the category level within the various areas of the site based on your requirements.
