House all of your inventory items for your organization on the intranet. Wondering how many software licenses you have for Adobe Photoshop? Or who has the software on their PC's? Keep tabs on your inventory via the intranet. You can have as many Inventory categories as you like with the option of applying view security to those inventory items that are for a specific department.

If an inventory supplier is also located under the Contacts application, a link will automatically be generated to the information on that supplier, such as address, phone numbers, web site address, email address and comments.



Built in Content Approval Management

Content Approval allows administrators to assign individual users to manage the flow of content published to the Inventory application. Approval Managers can approve or decline content and send comments to the publisher. You may assign unlimited Managers to assist with the workflow of your business systems for each of your intranet applications. Designate the order of notification and approval for each Manager and view historical approval data. Approval Managers have a handy "My Approvals" tab on the intranet home page, allowing them to quickly review items pending their approval. This feature is optional and may be enabled or disabled at the category level within the various areas of the site based on your requirements.

Application Cloning Utility

Create unlimited new applications based on the Inventory parent template. Clone Inventory for use as an Extranet Product Update feature; store and track internal or external merchandise, stationary supplies, store goods. With one just one click, you have the ability to clone and create unlimited new stand alone applications based on the default apps that come with the software. Our powerful customization options provide the ability to tailor and brand each new application to your business needs.
