J O B P O S T I N G S

HR or other departments can post their job vacancies on the intranet, and employees can apply for the postings electronically and online. When the closing date for the job posting arrives, the posting will automatically be removed from active Job Postings and be placed into an archival area. No need to keep track or worry about removing the posting on the right date - Intranet Connections will do it for you! Secure categories for sensitive or private job postings. Determine if users can apply for jobs electronically and online through the intranet interface, with their applications forwarded via email to designated recipients.

Job Postings retains archival information, allowing for Application Owners to quickly reinstate a job posting by simply clicking on edit and changing the closing date of the posting. This is handy as you do not need to re-enter content that has already been published. Application Owners have full access to application content as well as the application properties page to fully customize and define the application settings.
Built in Content Approval Management
Content Approval allows administrators to assign individual users to manage the content set for publication within the Job Postings application. Approval Managers can approve or decline content and send comments regarding the posting. You may assign unlimited Managers to assist with the workflow of your business systems for each of your intranet applications. Designate the order of notification and approval for each Manager and view historical approval data. Approval Managers have a handy "My Approvals" tab on the intranet home page, allowing them to quickly review items pending their approval. This feature is optional and may be enabled or disabled at the category level within the various areas of the site based on your requirements.
