The Library application provides a simple method of documenting any or all of your reference material whether it be books, magazines, information binders, briefs, files, drawings, maps, etc.

A built-in checkin/checkout feature enables users to request material and librarians to manage disbursement and overdue items. Assign librarians at the category or item level. A book review feature allows users to comment and provide feedback on library materials.

Application Cloning Utility

Library can be cloned to duplicate the application functionality, or clone and customize to create a new application for use within the intranet site. With one just one click, you have the ability to clone and create unlimited new stand alone applications based on the default apps that come with the software. Our powerful customization options provide the ability to tailor and brand each new application to your business needs.

Built in Content Approval Management

Content Approval allows administrators to assign individual users to manage the flow of content published to the Library. Approval Managers can approve or decline content and send comments to the publisher. You may assign unlimited Managers to assist with the workflow of your business systems for each of your intranet applications. Designate the order of notification and approval for each Manager and view historical approval data. Approval Managers have a handy "My Approvals" tab on the intranet home page, allowing them to quickly review items pending their approval. This feature is optional and may be enabled or disabled at the category level within the various areas of the site based on your requirements.
