Provide your employees with helpful business Internet links such as postal or zip code lookup, white and yellow pages for your area, virus scans, research, dictionary, thesaurus, mapquest, travel resources, couriers. Links are grouped by categories that you can define and, as with all applications, content can be secured for view, add, edit and delete. Application Cloning Utility Create categories to provide each employee with their own personalized favorite links listing. Clone this application to provide users with a quick launch for desktop software, links to industry specific topics, e-zines, or HR related corporate sites. Built in Content Approval Management Content Approval allows administrators to assign individual users to manage the flow of content published to Business Links. Approval Managers can approve or decline content and send comments to the publisher. You may assign unlimited Managers to assist with the workflow of your business systems for each of your intranet applications. Designate the order of notification and approval for each Manager and view historical approval data. Approval Managers have a handy "My Approvals" tab on the intranet home page, allowing them to quickly review items pending their approval. This feature is optional and may be enabled or disabled at the category level within the various areas of the site based on your requirements.
