Use the localized search function within Policies for quick and easy retrieval of the policy you are looking for. By using the flexibility of being able to change application names, assigning category names and changing field names, this application can become a repository for storing any type of documents or manuals.

Multiple File Upload
Administrators have the ability to perform multiple file uploads for Documents, Policies, and the Graphics Gallery application. This is handy when the site is first installed and you are wishing to publish a large quantity of documents or graphics. Uploaded documents can be indexed with the click of one button for full text searching.
Application Cloning Utility
Create your own applications with our simple & easy to use cloning utility. One click and you can create unlimited intranet applications. Simple to implement with powerful results, the cloning feature is extremely popular with Intranet Connections clients.
Built in Content Approval Management
Content Approval allows administrators to assign individual users to manage the flow of upload documents published to Policies & Procedures. Approval Managers can approve or decline content and send comments to the publisher. You may assign unlimited Managers to assist with the workflow of your business systems for each of your intranet applications. Designate the order of notification and approval for each Manager and view historical approval data. Approval Managers have a handy "My Approvals" tab on the intranet home page, allowing them to quickly review items pending their approval. This feature is optional and may be enabled or disabled at the category level within the various areas of the site based on your requirements.
