Keep track of suggestions for your business and encourage employee participation. Gather data and assign dates, status codes, and persons responsible. Using the security feature, one or more users can view or update content. Sensitive data can be isolated and secured so only those who should be viewing the information are allowed in. A handy localized search allows you to find and view suggestions and what steps were taken for implementation.



Application Cloning Utility

Suggestion Box provides over 15 fields that can be renamed and displayed based on your needs. Fully customize the application or clone to create a brand new application. Create a customer management application, store project task lists, or clone to create an application for draft documents or articles that need reviewing before publication. By changing field names, you can store any type of information and data pertaining to your new application. Fully customize and upload custom graphics, create unlimited categories and sub-categories to organize your new application content, and add custom information to your new application home pages.

Built in Content Approval Management

Content Approval allows administrators to assign individual users to manage the flow of content published to the Suggestion Box. Approval Managers can approve or decline content and send comments to the publisher. You may assign unlimited Managers to assist with the workflow of your business systems for each of your intranet applications. Designate the order of notification and approval for each Manager and view historical approval data. Approval Managers have a handy "My Approvals" tab on the intranet home page, allowing them to quickly review items pending their approval. This feature is optional and may be enabled or disabled at the category level within the various areas of the site based on your requirements.
