S U R V E Y    P O L L S Create public or secured Survey Polls. Organize your polls with unlimited categories that you define. Determine the date that you wish your poll to begin, and set an end date. Your poll will display on the intranet home page for high visibility. Dynamic and visual chart results are displayed upon submitting your answer. Secure polls for departmental or group use only. View active or completed polls with the option to email poll results to individuals within the organization. Built in Content Approval Management Content Approval allows administrators to assign individual users to review the polls slated for publication within the Survey Polls application. Approval Managers can approve or decline content and send comments to the publisher. You may assign unlimited Managers to assist with the workflow of your business systems for each of your intranet applications. Designate the order of notification and approval for each Manager and view historical approval data. Approval Managers have a handy "My Approvals" tab on the intranet home page, allowing them to quickly review items pending their approval. This feature is optional and may be enabled or disabled at the category level within the various areas of the site based on your requirements.
