Take a Break

T A K E    A    B R E A K Start the day with a smile! Personalize your intranet and provide a fun area where employees can go for a chuckle or to read on their lunch or coffee breaks. Take a Break is one of the areas that will help to draw employees to initially use the intranet site, and all elements are customizable and optional. A new Joke of the Day is provided each morning, with pre-loaded, tasteful jokes to help you get started. Employees can share recipes, check out links to fun sites such as daily horoscopes or movie listings, or local restaurant reviews. Intranet Administrators have complete control over the entering of content in Take a Break. A new Joke and Thought of the Day is automatically drawn from a database each morning and will continue daily rotations so you do not have to do any work. Determine whether to display any, or all, of the Take a Break components, or rename any of them to use in a different manner, or turn off the Take a Break menu item if you do not wish to use this feature.
