If there’s a problem that you don’t find the answer to online, our stellar Support Services Team is here to help you! Our team is equipped to help you find solutions to get you up and running, and to use our software effectively.
It’s expected that reasonable effort on your side by an intranet admin will be taken to support end users before engaging with us. You can open a ticket with us by email at email@example.com. If you come across a screen error or if your issue is difficult to explain, please include screen snaps including the URL as we can often identify the problem by seeing it.
