Assign policy owners to maintain and update content on your intranet site using our smart delegation to keep your content fresh and provide your employees with the current policies. To ensure policies are kept current, you can set up to three review date reminders when creating a policy. This will notify the policy owner via email, intranet alert or both, that the policy review date is coming up. You can choose how many days before the review date each reminder is sent out.

Policy Versioning provides strict controls to check-in/check-out a policy on your Corporate Intranet. While a policy is checked out other employees won’t be able to make changes, ensuring the content on your site is as up-to-date as possible.
