Our Client Services Team is well versed in the product development and technical aspects providing you with instant answers the first time around. This approach means you will not be routed to several different sources within the company to get an answer, and you only have to explain the issue once. Your Client Services Manager is able to become intimate with your server environment as well as your needs and concerns. We truly care about you and your intranet long after the sale has gone through.
